Master of photography 2016 (English Edition)

‘Master of photography’ is the first international competition open to photographers from all over Europe, a contest that takes the best of photography and its technical and creative processes. A challenge between twelve competitors on eight different themes, to decree the best European photographer (best not only for his talent, but for his ability to express himself in the most diverse fields of photography), but also a real training ground for new talents. The judging of what the photographers had achieved was entrusted to a jury made up of an extraordinary innovator of the language of images (Oliviero Toscani), an artist and teacher who is attentive and experimental in that language (Rut Blees Luxemburg), and a fine professional portraitist (Simon Frederick). Divided into eight chapters (Rome, the Great Beauty; Berlin Nightlife; The Nude; Portrait of an Actor; London Backstage; Nature and Landscape; Home Sweet Home; Journey through Europe), the book retraces - episode by episode - the Sky Arte talent show and presents the most significant shots of the various episodes.
