Considered one of the most important voices on the international art scene, Portuguese artist Joana Vasconcelos has enjoyed a career spanning more than thirty years and is renowned for her monumental sculptures and immersive installations that transform everyday objects into provocative works of art. Her works – featured in prestigious collections such as those of François Pinault, Louis Vuitton and the Rothschild Foundation – range from the everyday to the universal and explore the boundary between art and everyday life.
